This Privacy Policy explains what data the “Cats vs. Dogs” mobile game (the “App”) collects, how it is used, and who to contact with questions. In this document, “we,” “us,” and “the Developer” refer to M45 Studio, the publisher of this copy of the App on Google Play.
Cats vs. Dogs does not require an account, does not collect your name, email, or other contact details, and does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, or precise location. It stores your game progress and settings locally on your device, and sends anonymous gameplay statistics to Unity Gaming Services so we can see how the game is performing.
The App saves the following locally on your device (via Unity’s PlayerPrefs), and this data is never transmitted to us:
Uninstalling the App deletes this data. We have no way to access, recover, or delete it on your behalf, since it never leaves your device.
The App uses Unity Gaming Services Analytics, provided by Unity Technologies, to understand how players interact with the game so we can fix bugs and balance level difficulty. This service automatically collects technical/device information (such as a device identifier, general device/OS type, and coarse location derived from IP address) and receives the following gameplay events from the App:
None of these events include your name, email address, or any other directly identifying information. This data is processed by Unity Technologies on our behalf; see Unity’s own privacy policy for details on how they handle it: https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy
The App does not contain advertising SDKs, does not offer in-app purchases with real money, does not require sign-in, and does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or precise (GPS) location.
Consistent with this policy, the App’s Google Play Data Safety declaration should reflect: no data shared with third parties for advertising purposes; app activity data (gameplay events listed above) collected for analytics purposes only, processed by Unity Technologies; no data sold; local-only data (settings, progress, currency) not counted as “collected” since it never leaves the device.
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at the address above and we will address it.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App changes (for example, if we add new features that use additional data). We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, contact us at nadia.kharkovskaya@gmail.com.
